How to Get Kit Points in STAR WARS: Galactic Racer

Quick answer

An available Scenario is one documented way to earn Kit Points: choose its campaign character and complete the planet’s five-race Tour with that character’s fixed traits. Kit Points persist between Tours and buy cosmetics, not performance upgrades.

Published PC review describes this route. Scenario unlock nodes, fixed payouts and repeat-farming rates are not established.

A documented earning route: Scenarios

  1. Enter a Scenario that is already available in your game.
  2. Choose its campaign character and race with that character’s fixed traits.
  3. Complete the single-planet Tour of five events.
  4. Check the rewards and your Kit Points balance at completion.

Lexuzze Tablante’s PC review describes this structure and Kit Points plus Tuning Points as rewards. The official FAQ confirms Scenarios support offline single-player play.

If no Scenario is available yet, follow the game’s current progress and unlock prompts. The source does not identify every character’s unlock node, so this is not a promise that the mode opens immediately.

Spend the right currency

Currency Purpose
Kit Points Persistent cosmetic purchases.
Tuning Points Permanent performance progression.
Credits Current-run performance, abilities and Parts.

Games Lantern lists a complete Scrap Dealer kit at 100 Kit Points, and an individual body part at 30. Story, rival and edition-specific appearances still follow their own conditions.

What this route does not establish

No fixed payout, guaranteed award after each race, repeat-completion yield or unlimited farming method is established by the source. Use the completed Tour’s reward screen and balance as confirmation. This is a normal earning route, not an efficiency ranking.
